Q: How can I get a final quote and place an order?
A: Please send your location or postal code to my WhatsApp. I’ll calculate the total price [ Product + Shipping + [Optional] Pro-Assembly ($10) ] for you.

Q: What are the shipping costs?
A: Shipping Rates: HK: $7 | Singapore & UK & East Asia: $15 | USA & EU: $20 | Middle East: $25

Q: Are there any restricted regions?
A: Shipping to India, Brazil, Ukraine, Russia, and Iran is not recommended. This is due to extremely high customs duties and shipping costs in these regions.

Q: Can I save on shipping?
A: Yes! A boxed racket is about 600g, but shipping is charged per 1kg. You can add rubbers or balls (up to 400g) for no extra shipping cost. (Liquid shipping now available.)

Q: How can I pay?
A: To keep our prices low, we recommend Wise (Europe & Americas), Alipay (Southeast Asia), or Bank Transfer. (Note: We suggest registering on Wise in advance, as verification may take time.)

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Shipping usually takes 15-18 days. However, considering order processing time or potential courier delays, it’s safer to expect around 20 days for delivery.

Q: Are these products genuine?
A: Absolutely. All products are 100% genuine. By constantly optimizing my logistics and tax costs, I provide professional gear to players worldwide at fair prices.

Q: JP vs. CN Butterfly blades?
A: CN versions have a serial code for online verification; JP versions do not. Both are 100% authentic. For online tracking, choose CN.
