Nittaku Table Tennis Blades

Updated

Nittaku — Nippon Takkyu — traces its table tennis business to 1947, when it set up as a dedicated manufacturer; its predecessor dates to 1920. It is Japan's only domestic maker of ITTF-approved balls and has supplied the official ball at World Championships and Olympics, and its blades run from the Kasumi Ishikawa signature line to older wood such as the Runlox-5 below.

Kasumi Ishikawa Basic

Kasumi Ishikawa Basic (ST)—entry-tier Kasumi signature look; still a clean collectible blank.

Runlox-5

Runlox-5—older blank with sparse period photos; once discussed alongside Avalox P500-class wood tools (ST).
