Butterfly Harimoto Innerforce ALC
Overview
Harimoto Innerforce ALC is Tomokazu Harimoto's signature blade and one of the Innerforce family's modern faces. Like the rest of the line, it places the ALC under the face wood, which gives the blade a dual character: wood-like and manageable at low force, firm and fast once you commit. It is the same inner-fibre philosophy that our guides associate with forgiving control and easier spin at mid force.
For a player who mixes relentless two-wing attack with aggressive returning, the inner placement provides a safety net — you can stay in rallies with confidence and still finish hard when the opening comes.
Feel & character
Light strokes — pushing, blocking, flicking softly — feel clean and controllable, closer to a quality all-wood board than to a stiff outer composite. Under a full loop the fibre engages and the blade holds the ball before releasing with solid pace, which makes spin easy to produce on both wings. If you have been overshooting with an outer-fibre board, or you simply want a firmer wood-like feel that still has modern power, this is a strong candidate. See outer vs inner fibre for the comparison.
